The politicization of legal clinical education
Law schools across the country have legal clinics where students work under lawyer supervision to help local community members who usually cannot afford to pay for civil legal services. As Professor Stephen Bainbridge of UCLA Law School notes, these clinics are more often than not hotbeds of liberal indoctrination for law students, and at state schools this indoctrination takes place at taxpayer expense.
