The rising reality of inflation

Megan McArdle has a great post over at her blog on the increasingly-difficult-to-deny impact that inflation is having on food prices: The Incredible Shrinking Sugar Bad. Manufacturers and distributors are trying to mask rising food costs by packaging food in smaller quantities, but such efforts are starting to be insufficient to hide the reality of inflation.
