The ABA Journal online explains that principle in this story:
Solo Suspended, Partly for Implying His Law Firm Was Bigger. The lawyer who was suspended practiced law on his own, but in the name of his firm alluded to the existence of "associates." Since there were no associates, the lawyer wound up being disciplined. There were some other, arguable more troubling, problems with how he practiced law as well, particularly in regard to his management of his client trust (commonly called an IOLTA) account.
In the daily practice of law, as in life, honesty is the best policy. As Abraham Lincoln once said,
Let no young man choosing the law for a calling for a moment yield to the
popular belief -- resolve to be honest at all events; and if in your own judgment you
cannot be an honest lawyer, resolve to be honest without being a lawyer.

BTW- UC Davis is one of the best schools for veterinary medicine in the West --
Sad that there are stupid liberal 'kids' that believe what the slick liberal teachers tell them..in all universities--
That is why I recommend Hillsdale or Patrick Henry --
